Read on for important information about attending the BioMADE Member Meeting.

Who can attend?

  • The BioMADE Member Meeting is open to all BioMADE members. There is no limit on the number of attendees per organization

  • U.S. Government colleagues may also attend

  • Non-members working in a relevant industry may attend, following a brief internal review

  • Students are not permitted to attend, except in special circumstances

  • Members of the public are not permitted to attend

  • Please reach out to events@biomade.org with questions

Registration process

  • Registration will open in January 2026

  • All registrants will be placed on a brief waitlist for review

  • Students are not permitted to attend, except in special circumstances

  • Please register using a valid work email address associated with your member organization (not personal email addresses like Gmail, Yahoo, etc.)

  • If you don't see your approval email, please check your junk/spam folder, or contact events@biomade.org

Pricing

Member Meeting Registration

This year, we're introducing a small registration fee to help cover essential costs. Growing interest in the Member Meeting and rising expenses have made this necessary to ensure we can continue delivering a high-quality experience. We've worked hard to keep the registration fees as low as possible for members – significantly lower than many comparable industry conferences – so that it’s still accessible to as many attendees as possible.

  • BioMADE members: $350

  • U.S. Government representative: $100

  • Non-member, industry or investor: $1,600

  • Non-member, academia or non-profit: $800

Exhibitor Registration

Includes one standard registration to the Member Meeting with access to all sessions, plus a dedicated table in the Exhibit Hall.

  • BioMADE members: $2,500

  • Non-members: $3,500

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Member Meeting registration cancellations received by Tuesday, April 14, 2026 are eligible for a full refund. Starting Wednesday, April 15, registration fees will not be refunded for Meeting Member registrations.​

Exhibitor and Sponsor cancellations received by 30 days before the event (Sunday, March 29, 2026) are eligible for a full refund. Starting Monday, March 30, exhibitor and sponsor registrations will be refunded less a $500 administrative fee. ​

For cancellations due to health-related concerns, please contact us at events@biomade.org. ​

If you are unable to attend and would like to send another representative from your organization in your place, substitutions can be made online by modifying your registration, and the administrative fee will not be applied.
